If you are on an annual hosting plan, you may cancel your service within the first 30 days of your subscription and receive a full refund of your hosting fees. After 30 days, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your subscription period. Please note that setup fees are non-refundable.

 

3. Domain Registration:

Domain registration fees are non-refundable.

 

4. SSL Certificates:

SSL certificate fees are non-refundable.

 

5. Refund Requests:

All refund requests must be made in writing to our support team, and we will process them as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
